$INFO[language] in RegExp output

In the 'TheMovieDB' scraper '$INFO[language]' is included in the output attribute.

Where does this information come from?
What are the other keys available in what I assume are a dictionary?
Is it some sort of CGI environ lookup?

This comes from the settings.
