Just updated my apple tv 2 to greenpois0n rc6 jailbreak.. now when i try to ssh into it i use root, alpine but it keeps closing the connection. Any ideas?
i can run stuff like
ssh [email protected] apt-get update

and it works.. just cant stay in the ssh terminal
can also sftp into it no problem.. just cant ssh..

If you use the ssh command and provide a command to execute (in your case, apt-get update), doesn't it just execute that command and exit after? Pretty sure that's normal behavior for the ssh command. Leave out the command and it will open a persistent shell I believe.

Turns out you have ot be very careful about running unthered boot over a tether booted unit.. fixed it after flashing firmware back to stock and redoing the untethered jailbreak.
