Anyone head about P2PTV server and related script recently?

Hi,

Found (can't post links - do a google search for "p2ptvserver" and translate the first chinese result)which seems to show a remote control p2p serverand a compatible (though old) xbmc python script for streaming its results from the server.

I have no idea where to start with this one but is anything similar about?
