Quick clarification about DTS vs HDMI
#1
Hello guys,

I have read many threads about it but it seems that it is not working even so some claims it does...

Does a mkv movie with DTS sound work through HDMI?

In my setup it is working fine through optical but I can not make it work through HDMI. All other formats DD5.1, AAC, etc are working but not DTS.

DTS is working fine for me here. Make sure WIndows is detecting your card as capable of DTS passthrough, and it's enabled.
Could try shifting drivers too. I have a passive GT220 for reference.

PPS. Working fine for me with both vanilla and DSPlayer's last build.

Thank you very much guys. After all, it is a sound card/driver issue.
I will dig more in the driver options.
