SmartPlaylistEditor.xml Forgotten?

I just noticed that there is no way to create or edit smart playlists within Xperience. Was this xml left out on purpose or was it just forgotten during creation. Would be a nice addition to a great skin.

More than likely forgotten, if someone wants to make a proper one i'll add it for sure.
