How to change the XBMC pre-set STANDBY Times?
#1
Hello guys,

In Settings/Power you have the option to set xbmc that after a set time to shutdown, hibernate or standby. You can tune this time in increments up to 120 minutes.
I would need to change this time and make it up to 180 minutes.
Does anyone know where to change this (probable a specific xml file)? Huh

Anyone please?

Where I could change the power / standby time. The maximum in XBMC is 120 min and I would change it to 180.

It's hard coded and can't be changed. See https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/blob/master...ttings.cpp line 470. The two arguments ", 5, 120, " mean 0 to 120 in increments of 5.

The next question is can the code be modified to make this setting configurable through advancedsettings.xml, and the answer is yes it can, but you have to persuade a developer it's more important than the other things they're working on.
