I have collated the png's I use for my UK freeview channels for you guys to download - they are high quality 512px square thumbs with transparency, which (hopefully) should look better than the defaults that usually get downloaded...

Excellent Work! It's people like you that make these types of projects great! Thank you!
Did a few tests on the transparency on the anti-aliased image contents and they all work great! Did you model them all from scratch yourself? If so, good work! Any chance of extended this to all the other Freeview channels including HD, e.g. BBC One HD etc? Again, great work! Thanks!

Have added a few of the old UKTV channels in tonight, as ever if you can do better let me know!
