energy mode turn off monitor sometimes it works sometimes not. then it turns of and minutes later goes back on again

I think you need to learn how to properly compile a sentence and spell.

There are hundreds and thousands of people who are using XBMC successfully. I am using it on Win7 (and WinXP beforehand).

Instead of behaving like a child, try posting about your problems, or search and see what people have done.

Given that there are many of us who use xbmc for our needs daily and it works, you'll have to seek the help of the community and take the time to post specific and detailed issues. Either do that, or move on to something else as you said. It really is uncalled for to just say "learn how to code". What have you contributed?
