Hi folks,
EDIT: Platform: Windows 7, 64-bit (WoW) build 7600. Built on Dec 17 2010 (SVN:35647, compiler 1500)
I left my xbmc running last night whilst my receiver and TV was turned off (usually this is OK) I came to turn the TV and receiver back on (usually XBMC would still be running fine) I was presented with a black screen. It seems XBMC had crashed so I closed XBMC down and started it up again.
When I started it back up however, it had:
- Reset itself to the Confluence skin - I couldn't find the Aeon 2 skin to change it back - but its still in the addons folder.
- There was no stereo sound at all (videos, music etc..) through GFX card and sound card.
I had XBMC running with the Aeon MQ 2 skin. All was fine until this issue.
There are no errors in the log file relating to audio playback from what I can see. And I can't locate the skin in XBMC to re-initialize it again.
The skin isn't much of an issue, I can just install that from the repo again, well I hope I can, but no stereo sound is.
BTW, I can use other apps to play stereo sound.
Short of doing a new install (I have a large library
