Fixed Windows TvHeadend Plugin

Under windows it doesn't work - it doesn't show any channels.

I fixed this, but it sometime freezes, but this is better than nothing...

Not work for me.
margro's xbmc-10.0-PVR_v2.exe, xbmc-10.0-PVR.exe builds not work with tvheadend. Only
XBMCSetup-Rev32871-dx-PVR.exe release work with tvheadend.
Is there a working dharma release with tvheadend in windows?

You need to compile this from sources or you might wait for new margos's build

XBMC-PVR-ca57409-dx.exe shows my channels but cannot play them at all time. Have to try 2-3 times before picture shows up. ( Works 100% if using tvheadendclient under videos)
