Could i write custom PVR Plugin?

I want just to have number of links to rtsp resources (or other XBMC supported resources) and watch them in "Live TV" mode.

The final goal is make a VLC-proxy for IPTV that could be played only by VLC because of proprietary plugin for decoding this.

you can IPTV-sources to mythtv and tvheadend.

the addon interface will be changed in the near future. I don't recommend starting a new addon before that is done.
