Can't find the content menu from my apple remote.....had a keyboard working but btstack stoped working for me........its a usefull tool with xbmc but i cant seam to find it with my apple remote......please point me to a how to! thanks.....

Hold menu or select not really sure which it is off the top of my head

Hold down the menu button.
