Whats the best way of integrating this with XBMC? I use Eventghost if that helps.

Your best bet is to install the Executor Add-on... Makes it super easy to create a custom launcher and add it as a menu item just like Movies, TV Shows, etc...

Looks pretty sweet! I will give it a go!
I tried a few of the plugins for XBMC, but nothing seems as polished as what Game EX and Maximus has to offer.
