Same here. I have a buddy with a 800x600 projector. The HD variant has font size and aspect ratio issues in this setup. I don't think any of the current skins work well well with this setup - at least none of the ones that are tangentially similar to PM3 in function and layout.
EDIT: I would love to have a PM3.SD available. Subtitles - Serious Business

so do I , could the pm3-sd be merged into pm3-hd ?
