I have had xbmc running on my windows 7 zotak itx system for years And today out of the blue the digital audio just stopped working. No driver changes, nothing... Windows audio works perfect but no audio out of movies which are iOS ripped from CDs that I have played many times. MP3'splay just fine. It's movies. The error I get is. Audio driver failed check settings. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks

You should be asking for support in the Windows category... this is support for iOS devices, ie Apple TV 2, iPad, iPhone...

But start by making sure your audio output device is correct, try playing the files outside of XBMC using VLC or something as a test to make sure they actually work, would also help to know what the audio codec in the broken media is.
