well I have searched and found a few answers, but Im quite confused, as I dont have the option to click and add an addon as a favorite.

using win7 64bit with transparency skin..


Really just dont get which xml I play with , as I dont have a favorites XML, any where,

I have installed Iplayer, youtube and cartoon network, and want to get these buttons on the home screen..

I see this question is asked a lot, with plenty of answers, but a tad confused. I cant be that stright forward,it woulndt get asked.


would anyone be so kind to give me a step by step, on how to do this with this skin..

would really appreciate your help, as Im leaving Media Portal for good,,

It's a tad confused because there isn't an official way to do this, though I note it's on the roadmap. The various ways to do it depend on the skin. The nearest simple solution is to add the add-on to the favourites.
