[RELEASE] Weather Plus Addon

Hi guys,

I get a script error and can't get the weather and running out of ideas on where to look.

I posted below a screenshot and the logfile- any ideas?

Just wondering if there is a possibility of auto-rotating the views inside Weather Plus. It came to mind that I often have weather plus sitting around in a static state, when it would be so nice to rotate the views every few minutes from 7day, to 10 day, to weekend, hourly to 36 hour.... even to rotating between cities...

Great Addon, but i cant figure out how to switch between the 3 locations. I checked the FAQ and Wiki, searched through this thread and still cant figure it out.
There has got to be a way to select location 2 or 3 from the main weather screen without going back in and entering a new location for location #1 right?

Edit: Just figured it out by accident. Moused over to the far left side of the screen and used the arrow keys to change location.

For me none of the Weather+ providers work consistently any longer. I've been getting so many error messages using any of the providers that I finally just went back to the standard weather plugin in Eden. I believe the providers are all done via screen scrapes, so you'll probably need to wait until there is an update from the plugin author.

I'd recommend upgrading to Eden Beta 3 - many addons are being updated for it and are not necessairly backwards-compatible. With Eden you'll get auto-updates to addons as well, latest patches are always there for ya.

I'm with Pat... I think that is a great idea. If it was done, it would be nice to have options on what to rotate: either screens of current city, city of the current screen, or both (do all screens for city #1, all screens for city #2, all screens for city #3, then back to city #1 rotation). Also the amount of time between changes should be a configurable option.

My bet is that this would be a responsibility of the skin, not the plugin. The plugin gathers all the data, but it's the skin that shows all the data to you.

still only having one window displayed instead of the default 7 day view in aeonmq3 and preeden beta 3 when xbmc is launched , have to manually select 7 or 4 day view -.-'
