Display Audio Language

Is it possible to have the audio language that is embeded the mkv/mt2s/mp4 files appear on the display scrren as an icon. Example... I have muliple movies that contain both english and spanish tracks and would like to see and icon with say a speaker and then ENG for Englsih SP for Spanish and maybe also ENG/SP if the Movie contains both. Is this possible.

This is something I've been trying to figure out as well (same for available subtitle streams).

Instead of using SP and EN, it would be neat to use country flags though.
