I've been messing with XBMC (v10) on my new Dell Zino HD 410... it has the ATI 5450 MXM card installed. I've tried both the latest driver from AMD... 11.2, I think. And, I've tried the older driver that Dell has available for D/L which dates back to ~Spring 2010.
I want the DXVA support enabled. When I play after enabling, all I get is a black screen but pressing 'o' on the keyboard confirms that the decoder is the DXVA version. Disabling shows the non-DXVA decoder and I get a picture but the vcpu number is 90-100% and the playback is choppy...
with a search, all I was able to find was older posts describing a similar issue and no resolution. is this still an issue or am I seeing something else going on?
The OS is Win7 x64.
