Turn on "Use a fullscreen window rather than true fullscreen".

Hi thanks that seems to have fixed it, one game made the screen go blnk but a quick alt tab and and adjust so the game window doesn't overlap both screens fixed it.
Next problem is how can i get sound from both windows. My 3d card is connected via HDMI cable to my Harman Kardon AVR 255, when i laod XBMC and play a video then load a game i get no sound from the game. Is this an XBMC config problem or something to do with my setup?
