Is there a way to assign in keymap action that will toggle between audio output? Instead of changing setting manually in settings. Could that be done in script?

I'm pretty sure I've seen this question asked before, and the answer was "no".
There is work in progress on the audio engine for XBMC v11.0. It might be worth searching trac.xbmc.org to see if there is any mention of adding this facility.

Actually there is work around with profiles, they can have different settings for audio output. It works well.
