I'm in windows 7. Currently my movies are all in one big folder and named:

C:\Movies\Faster.mkv

etc

I want to add the year of the movie AND put them in their own seperate folders ex:

C:\Movies\Faster (2010)\Faster (2010).mkv

Is there a 3rd party scraping tool that can do this?

you can use file2folder to create folders based on your file names.

I imagine most metadata tools can then add the year to the file and folder name.

I know metabrowser does.

Anyone have recommendations for a meta data scraper? Media Companion doesn't rename files, and YAMMM doesn't seem to want to play on my system.
