If there are no errors in the log, I suspect the feed was not being updated.

I have created a new version of the HD-Trailers.Net Downloader that uses the new HD-Trailers.Net RSS feed
http://feeds.hd-trailers.net/hd-trailers Although the old feed http://www.hd-trailers.net/blog/feed/ seems to still work, it has been depreciated so it may disappear at any time. This won't affect you if oyu are using any of the other feeds that can be configured (HD-Trailers.Net web pages, TrailerFreaks, etc). As always, appreciate any feedback. Here is the download link. http://http://hdtrailersdler.codeplex.com/releases/view/77620 |

Great tool. thanks.
Should have a xbmc plugin to show the trailers like movies but in extra list (to use genres, infos, etc.). And then it should connect with trakt utilities for adding the movies to watchlist.

just wanted to say THANK YOU
this is what I have been looking for - for a long time I installed stable release first - got 4 trailers, installed new and did not overwrite config still had just 4. After some reading on project home page renamed my config to old and did another installation - it is downloading like crazy ![]() works like a charm thank you so much

I have made a few changes to HD-Trailers.Net that might be helpful to people running the Home Cinema Experience script
When I changed the versrion of the IMDB scraper I was using, a couple of versions back, it changed the MPAA rating for PG-13 and NC-17 to PG_13 and NC_17. If you had enabled MPAA rating filtering in HCE, it appears that it would not use trailers identified as PG_13 and NC_17. In addition, HD-Trailer.net Downloader will correctly download "Red Band" trailers. The MPAA rating for these trailers is "R" regardless of the MPAA rating of thefinal release of the movie. THere were other minor bugs swatted. The latest version is located here http://hdtrailersdler.codeplex.com/releases/view/79787 Happy New Year everyone. |
