vdr-vnsi requires a change in protocol to adapt to timer changes

requires a change of the vnsi plugin to adapt. the PVR_TIMERSTRUCT is ready now to hold the unique channel id.

i recommend to increment the protocol version of vnsi after having done the required changes. if no other volunteers, i can do this.
