A couple fo days ago, Apple released a software update for Apple TV 2nd Generation (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4448).

If I install this update, will I have to reinstall XBMC? Assuming it will need to be jailbroken again, will the Seas0n Pass jailbreak method still work?

You will have to do everything all over again, and jailbreak will be tethered only.

Seas0n Pass has been updated. Updating my Apple TV2 to May 11th firmware by re-jailbreaking now. I will let you know what's left after the update.

Ok, yes. Everything got wiped. But at least I'm running the latest firmware and YouTube subscription sorting has been fixed.

Now to reinstalling XBMC and everything else
