Since I got most of my shows on my NAS, i really can't use EMM to scrape data for offline use cause it freeze up trying to access the files on NAS for some reason.

Is it possible to scape the data like nfo and tbn for the episodes (via EMM) without having the files on HDD?

Since EMM isn't working for you, why not just let XBMC do everything? Then you can use XBMC's export library feature.

Edit: Also a suggestion for the freezing problem. Trying mapping your network share to a drive on your computer and see if it can scan through that drive letter instead.
