I really appreciate this community for helping out. Guess what? Today, it worked!!!!! What I did was to download a fresh copy of the ipsw, no changes in the steps described. You guys rock and thanks again for looking out for me.

Won't be for too long though... everyone grab your SHSH blobs while you can. It'd be interesting to know why they started signing it again... think I read there's some bugs in 4.3 so maybe they've decided to sign 4.2.1 until 4.3.1 is released. http://www.macrumors.com/2011/03/21/ios-...two-weeks/
