i was so cofuse setting this up i enable the remote only rather the mouse and i cant even use the remote yet? can i fix this i cant click on it?

nevermind i just uninstalled the app and reinstalled it i guess...works now i cant seem to link my android phone to this app on pc...please help please...i did the steps as follow but dont seeem to work still??
