if you're using a pvr-build of xbmc, enable the pvr demo client and add the streams. Or you can just make a playlist. Make sure you have "repeat all" enabled, so it doesn't stop when you reach the last item in the list.

those are the easiest ways to do it.

I was able to get several other channels to work in my xml file, but this one won't play for some reason.

noob question but i added the playlist via file using the add source option, but cant see links

Don't import the playlist as a source. You need to put the playlist in your video playlist folder and XBMC will pick it up under video/play lists. Here's the link to find the playlist location for your OS:
