[RELEASE] LiveStreams (video) Add-on - an alternative to .strm files

Fumo i've paid for futubox for a month and its shit, it keeps freezing on some channels. I think they need improvement.

Just one observation, is there anyway you could mark on the xml, or wherever , which streams have been updated, possibly with a date. It would just save time testing broken links each time you update your file.

error on line 1184 at column 13: Failed to parse QName 'linkrtmp:'
