It sounds like you may have done something wrong.
Okay, so what's your setup? From where are you using XBMC? Linux, Windows, AppleTV, Mac, iPad/ipod or cellphone?
If you follow my instructions below and edit the source_file, everything should work fine.
When you start up xbmc and go to Video> Add-ons>Livestreams. Are the xml list you added There?

For dinozap i keep it simple

or even just

<link>rtmp://stream.dinozap.tv:1935/vod/_definst_/4fwtksg_4fwtkqz</link>

These should work fine
