What do you think guys?
The white color model reminds me a bit of Star Wars 80's look.
Do you think I would be able to go with this case if I decide for a HTPC based on Athlon II X3 + G210 GPU?
PS. Sorry if it seems I tried to hijack the post. I will post about that case later. I've checked Silverstone and indeed they have some nice cases there!

Is really small. Looking around, it's the only with w=200mm/h=170mm/d=300mm.
According to a video they have there, you can install a PCI-e card, a 3.5" HDD and a DVD/BD-ROM. My only concern is if the 150w PSU is enough or could be replaced for a more robust unit. Right now I have 4 diffferent solutions in mind, but still didn't decide which one to build (in a personal order): 1st- AMD AM3 mobo + AM3 x3 450 + GT210 GPU (better futureproof rate) 2nd- AMD ZACATE mobo&cpu + GT210 GPU (better 'quiet/performance' then Atom) 3rd- 1156 Intel mobo + i3 540 + GT210 GPU (great budget rate) 4th- Atom A510 mobo&cpu + GT210 GPU (powerfull but expensive) Any solution will go with 1GB or 2GB RAM and a 32GB SSD drive, and storage over a gigabit LAN to my main PC. My first HTPC will be for my bedroom, so need to be quiet and very small (WAF factor), as I have already chunked my bedroom with a 42" LG TV. no 3D at the moment and also no way to include a receiver or wife will kill me! The reason I have included the GT210 in any solution is because I just got one Zotac 1Gb for a £26 bargain some days ago on Ebay. Fingers cross that I will receive that. |
