The script errors are known and reported errors, and are in queue to be fixed. You should use the most recent version, 0.7.8 not 0.7.6 as it will not help. There have been updates to the plugin to address the global, slice, hgtv, etc issues.
Download and install from zip: https://github.com/marius-muja/plugin.vi....on.demand |

I first installed 0.7.4 a few months ago. When trying to upgrade I first uninstall that version then install the new version from the zipfile downloaded from the link above. All appears to go well but the version still shows as 0.7.4 I looked in the addon.xml file in the zip file and it shows version="0.7.8" so I'm sure I've got the right zip file. Can anyone offer any suggestions? |

The version numbers and change log haven't been kept updated as they should be with every change.
But the latest one is the one you downloaded from the github repository, and if global news/tv, etc work, then you've got the newest changes. |

Thanks icharania. With the other versions after 0.7.4 users reported seeing a new version number (not 0.7.4). To anyone else that has installed this latest version what version number shows for you?
