Well, my arrogant minded adversary, my point was if someone else does it and it's tolerated, shouldn't this be as well? If it wasn't said about fox news would you be attacking this so much?

My point was there was a CNN plugin which had coments before you launched it saying things about cnn being obama media, and that was ok.

Maybe you don't understand the difference between the displayed content in a plugin and posting on the forums.

It doesn't matter if its slanted left or Right. Comments of a political nature dont belong in this area of the forum.

I agree. I wasn't arguing so much about the forum as to how xbmc is received as a whole. But I do agree.

Please refrain from talking politics anywhere in the forum - we have enough arguments around here without additional useless ones.

The amusing thing about the CNN plugin was the author put the notice in there as a joke (i.e. he was mocking others who take that sort of thing seriously). The sad thing is that due to the politics we had to remove it from the official repo as unfortunately some folk can't take a joke.

Back to the addon ... tried it last night and works well. Especially like the access to the NASA channel.

Just noticed that the logo that comes up for ABC News 24 (Australian) seems to be for US ABC channel. Not a major problem but still ...

Dont worry all hell is breaking lose in Jordan/Syria and Yemen still.. to say nothing of Libya
