Just did it. Add SMB source and enter the IP of the WD. Dont forget to enter static IP.

Can someone guide me to connect brand new WD My Book Live to APTV2 DIRECTLY and not throught rooter?
Just bought it and I'm not very familiar with connecting and setting internal network. I got the XBMC to connect my PC hdds but what should I do to connect the MyBook Live to it directly from the back ethernet port of APTV2?
