Harmony remote skip keys backwards?

Does anyone else notice if their harmony skip forward key actually skips backwards and visa versa?
I changed it locally and submitted a ticket but was wondering if it effected all models of harmony remote..
I change these two lines to read
 <button id="21">SkipNext</button>
 <button id="20">SkipPrevious
