Folks, Mossy has debugged his Irish TV plugin and started a thread at:

I have verified RTE, TV3 and AERTV are all working on version 1.0.1 on my XBMC Eden machine, will verify OpenElec on RPi when I am let near that TV
Given we now have a working and (for the moment at least) maintained plugin, I would recommend it over VODie.

Why don't you just bring up the context menu, select "Add to Favourites" and then in TV Guide Dixie when you're choosing the stream select it from the Favourites section? Piece of cake.
