here is the thing:
I have all my movies in folders, and when i'm choosing a movie to watch, I navigate through the folders (using the "FanArt" display style) the icons are Ok, showing the correct movie cover icon, but the FanArt is not displayed in the background... when I enter in a folder, the FanArt is displayed when I focus the movie file (*.avi, *.mkv, etc).
I want to see the FanArts while I'm navigating the folders... is that possible?
Put all movie files out the folders is not an option, because I keep the subtitles in the same folder (and I want to keep the original file name)

I've already tried to search the forum for this thread, but I couldn't find...

Yes, you should be able to see the fan art while navigating.
Have you scanned your video library?
once you have scanned and are library mode it should work fine.

I have the same problem in the linux version.

Yes, when the Library mode is on, the fanarts are showed. But I don't like the library mode, it's too beurocratic! If It was different, like showing all movies and a menu with the filter possibilities, and a way to separate tv series from japanese Anime...

Anyway, that's crazy. In my anime folder, the fanart view works ok. In the Tv Series Folder, the fanart works ok. In the movie folder, it just works with library mode on!

thanks for the tip! But didn't solve the problem.... For now, I'm using Library mode, but I remember that some movies wasn't appearing in Library mode, so I really wanted to use normal mode again!!!
