What STB will suite my needs best?

I'm kinda overwhelmed by all the options that there are, so please give me your suggestions--

At one end of my house I have a cable modem connected to a router (DLINK DIR-655) connected to 2 computers in the same room and my moms macmini 'bout 75 meters away; all the cable is cat6 UTP. I want to put a switch next to the macmini that will go to a 2TB NAS and to the STB

WHAT I WANT IN A STB
• I don't need WiFi
• HDMI
• Silent
• Small SSD or boot from flash drive
• Fast ethernet
• I have 2x 1GB DDR2 SO-DIMM modules laying around, I'd like to reuse these
• 1080p output
• Decode any format XBMC can handle
• Run XBMC live

I plan to store all my media on a 2TB NAS and access with SMB

Is the memory 200 or 204 pin?

If it is 200 pin then check out the Jetway Mini-TOP HBJC600C99-52W-BW - New ION 2, Intel Atom D525 1.8GHz that you can get from the EGG for anywhere from 184 - 269. But always check the RAM requirements, I had heard they are moving the platform to support ddr3. I would go with an ION2 rather than an ION since the ION2 has a better graphics engine and includes the 512 KB ddr3 ram integrated on MB.

If mem is 204 pin, then find a suitable ion platform.

I will have to look up thin pin count, the Ram is from a FALL 06 iMac

EDIT: 667mhz, 200pin

The jetway looks nice, but newegg charge tax+shippping, I wonder if the ZBOX ND01-U would take 667mhz RAM
