SMB Share/Apple tv2

I am using aptv2 over wireless network trying to stream a 2 gb movie(avi-xvid) using xbmc. every 4-5 minutes the movies stops and goes back to the main aptv screen any suggestions?

Probably your apple tv asking you to upgrade is causing this
