I'm not sure I'm going to bother upgrading to ATV2 4.3.1, there's nothing really new on it over 4.2.1? I know if your in the states there's the NBA stuff but I use apple tv exclusively for xbmc oh and airplay.

If you use it for airplay. 4.3.1 gives you more video functionality in airplay

This is great news but I would hold off on this until some of the issues being reported in the 'xbmc for ios threads' are resolved.
Seems there are problems with sound output and smb shares using xbmc with 4.3.1.
