Shutdown button not shutting down windows

Hi guys, I am using Cirrus.Extended. Fantastic skin!
But when I click on the Shutdown button, XBMC stops but windows don't. In other words, the shutdown button behave exactly like the Close button.

Is it normal?

You have to choose what xbmc should do on pressing shutdown.
Settings--> System -->
