copy one Atv2 to another via ftp

Is it possible to do this?
Copy one jailbreaked with xbmc to another non jailbreaked apple tv?

halogenbarn ... xbmc will not run on a non jailbreaked atv2 ... you could jailbreak your 2nd atv2 and install xbmc ... then you could copy your complete userdata folder from one atv2 to another (but not with FTP ... you have to use ssh/sftp/scp however you want to call it).

If i screw up.. Can i still do a restore? I mean if i loose connection or what ever..

this wont do - because it will not run on a non jailbreaked apple tv. So maybe you should rethink your question again - and reread my answer.

And for your last question - you can't brick the atv2 by software. It is allways restorable via iTunes.
