When a movie is marked as watched it dissappears from my movie list, I can't find an option anywhere to displayed watched movies.

see the lhs menu (or well, bottom menu but hit left).

Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
Do not e-mail XBMC-Team members directly asking for support. Read/follow the forum rules.

He's referring to the bottom menu that is displayed when in Movies/Videos/TV/Music/etc. Depending on view, down arrow or left arrow usually brings it up.

When i am in movies mode and i press the down arrow then it shows me (Years,Actors,Directors etc).
It does not give me any option to see my watched movies.

Disable the kiosk mode (in skin-settings), then 'enter' movies.
After that, press down or left and you will find an option.

.
