i would like vbr 112 kbit average bitrate possible to do.
i find this bitrate to sound very good, plus take up little space

try medium or standard setting.
defining bitrate manually is not how lame was designed, its presets are very much "tuned" for best quality.
Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
