Invalid Path Error. Not Adding Channels. *** Invalid Path Error *** - OzDrDj - 2024-04-05

Am getting an Invalid Path Error for any YouTube playlist that I add in Channel Manager. Was still working fine at 0.4.8c, updated directly to 0.4.8h and it fails. Switching back to 0.4.8c and it works fine again.

You Think I'd learn to post the log file by now.
Enable Debug and tested again on 0.4.8c working fine, Checked on 0.4.8h failed.

Problem started at 0.4.8d, previous to that fine.

Now no playlist from youtube will add into the channel manager, everything is invalid path, this is regardless of clearing xmltv etc.

@Lunatixz, still not working at 0.4.8p

Did a Full Rebuild of Kodi Again, in case there was a glitch somewhere. Installed all latest dependencies etc.

Copied my Playlists and Channel Backup to PTVL.

Everything rebuild fine and plays fine with no problem, however still anything I try to add from YouTube gives an invalid playlist error.

After leaving overnight, and starting up again today, Every Channel rebuilding shows, "NO CONTENT FOUND" Whatever you changed in 0.4.8d, look there, as it doesn't work properly anymore.

I can still run on 0.4.8c, but there is the odd hang and crash there.

Also as a side note, Why is Pseudo TV Live no longer in the repository.

I would show you a picture of Kodi with the message "There are currently no versions available for this add-on' but as usual you can't add anything to this forum.

Latest build is v.0.4.9, and I went all the way up to v.0.4.8p recently... check to make sure you are receiving updates.

Ok, downloaded 0.4.9a from GitHub, as I always get the above message that PTVL is not in the repository, and that's not just my computer, but every one of my 10 machines using Kodi.

Installed, on a fresh build of KODI. As soon as I try to add a channel from YouTube, I get the Invalid Path Message.

Once again, If I downgrade back to 0.4.8c, the same channels will add just fine.

Thank you for that information, I Installed the PTVL Repository and the Lunatixz Repository, this fixed the Not Available Problem, Hooray.

Unfortunatley though, at 0.4.9b The Invalid Path, and No Duration Media found problem still exists. Again this is on a clean build of kodi.

Installing 0.4.8c fixes the problem. Obviously the problem must have jumped in with whatever you changed in 0.4.8d

Have you found the issue? Made a completley new build of kodi, Again, and did a fresh install of YouTube Addon and PTVL. First playlist from the tube I try to add. INVALID PATH.
I see others with this problem now also. It even crashes testing Autotune.
