SportsDevil in particular :-)

You will have the same problem in other skins, too. Python coders need the ability to use the busy dialog for lazy loading of such things... at the moment it's all synchronous if using progress dialog which blocks the entire user interaction.

Oh, okay. Didn't know that it was handled that way. Thanks for the explanation!

`Black Wrote:I'll have a look a Trakt TV... if it's only about the menu item, you could easily add a custom item. What I'm planning to integrate is a fully customizable order of the items but that requires some python coding but it should be doable.

@hentai23
Yes, Weather Plus has more features & infos but I'm not planning to integrate it for now. For all your other requests I have also no plan at the moment except music visualization because current music osd can cause burn-in on plasma tv's.

I'm very pleased to hear about the music vis, I'm currently using Xeebo (which is also quite nice) instead because of the issue with burn-in on my plasma.

hentai23 Wrote:no prob black cant wait till you integrate em requests and about the music osd well if you dont exactly have a crappy plasma theres no burn in whatsoever remember this is coming from a 55 inch plasma owner Wink, just saying , peace and keep up the good work bro

I wouldn't expect to have the problem on a modern plasma, but I get terrible temporary image retention on my 6 month old 58" panasonic plasma Sad

Hey guys, I did a quick mockup of how the home screen could look with the style of the upcoming dashboard update for the XBox 360. I'm not entirely sure of this and I don't know if I'm trying to code it but well, at least I would like to have some feedback. Smile

Menu items would be fixed (the labels on top) and you could set favourites / add-ons / whatever directly for each category (except settings & maybe weather). Layout could slightly differ for each category. For movies, tv shows and music I could use the watchlist script.

So far I haven't seen anything from u I don't like.. including this. Wink

That concept is looking excellent `Black, I really hope to see you implement essentially that exact design!

- Slurrrp - 2011-12-02 14:02

Wow, that looks amazing sir... count me in for hoping you're willing to code that Smile

@`Black: I for one like it. On the other hand I can't be sure about how it will feel. Perhaps you should grow it organically in the git and see how people like it compared to the current one. And no pressure (I learned that with your work waiting pays off really well. Good job).
