Have you tried reading the changelog and learning how PTVL works?

Yes . I read the entire changelog--I see the the changes to artwork spooling but that's not the issue, I've given the channels plenty of times to load. And I've been using PTLV for a long time now, based on your response I'm missing something very basic but I've been digging. Can you point me in the right direction?

What about how artwork is disabled until channel building is complete?

This issue was fixed already, has to do with donor internettv autotune... fix in next update, but you will either have to remove the old settings, or re autotune after update.
