Try saving it as a favorite and add it using the internet tv option. Live TV option utilizes .xml tv files for guide info, hence the error message.

i tried internet tv not live tv and plugin nothing worked, i got it working by install the world news plugin that worked perfect.

Question can i force a logo for the internet tv channels? seems to only use the plugins logo for all the channels i add from the plugin.
I added BBC World to from the World News plugin and then added a BBC World.png fie to the logos folder but it does not show it do i have to set the logo somewhere in the configuration?

By the way guys, I get this as the error "unable to populate channels please verify that you have scraped..." Before that I run the Channel Configuration and it didn't return any channel. I downloaded Pseudo live over and over again. Pseudolibrary is also enable/ LunatixZ is also enable. I don't know what I'm missing. Any help please. Thanks

Im glad you got it to work, although what I was mentioning was using Internet TV in the first option then in the following drop-down menu select Kodi Favorites instead of plugin. As far the logos, yes, you can. Under PTVL settings/Visuals/Channel Logo Folder, point towards the folder that contains the .png logo you want to associate with the channel. The name must be exactly the same as channel's name. Then enable "Find Missing Logos". Big Grin

i think this is a bug i was trying ever possible name for the .png then when i watching the channel change i see ABC News 24 - Worl instead of ABC News 24 - World News Live so i named the file ABC News 24 - Worl.png and it worked Smile

as you can see no where is the channel named ABC News 24 - Worl , is there some character limit for channels when displayed and when looking for logos?




Also i can't get into the channel configuration anymore it gives a error on both my PC and Openelec install.

Going back to the version you've uploaded (thanks) and will disable the Repo so it doesn't auto-update to a broken version.

Smooth, are you still having the error? Are you using Auto-Tune to populate your channels? The reason I ask is because Auto-Tune will delete your existing channel configuration, it warns you of that before it runs.

WOW!!! Thanks for bringing auto-tune to my attention. I googled it. First run I selected and ok it to delete channels and checked some other settings. I didn't have channels anyway so nothing to lose. But now it's doing first initializing and it's taking forever. For the first time I'm getting somewhere. I'll let you know what happen once done. It's been very frustrated. I've tried everything I could to make it work. The initial steps are simple, but when you're doing everything right and it seems you're doing everything wrong; it becomes stressful. The whole problem is channel configuration. I hope it came prepackaged with the 50 channels. Maybe this addon isn't compatible with Windows 10 64bit.

I get you now Bry. I right click on two addons and I was able to export them. Every few minutes it switch back and fourth to them. I thought I'd be able to go through what I want to see. So this more like a favorite place where you add your links in a much better organize way. I saw some screenshots where it actually looks nice (with extra plugins?). Mine just plays them in full screen without control bars. I don't get to pick what I see. Only option is to close the app by right clicking. I was reading on YouTube where I found out about this app that they generously added top needed channels to start with such as CNN, local channels from New York. I can get CNN from Phoenix but it's the Europe version. Thanks for the clear-up.
