If it's the HP, then you're out of luck, as OpenELEC doesn't run on most ARM-based hardware (outside of the RPI and one or two others). If it's the Dell, then you would install it the same as noggin did on his C720 There is a guy on the hardkernel forums that has OpenElec running on the Samsung Exynos 4412 ARM Cortex-A9 Quad Core 1.7GHz (ODROID U3) I wonder if it can be adapted for the ARM based Chromebooks http://forum.odroid.com/viewtopic.php?f=79&t=5915 RE: Acer C720 Chromebook - Openelec? - Kumarac - 2014-11-21 At first I wasn't very convinced with the Chromebook C720 from Acer, mainly because I couldn't imagine it running fluently just with apps and now with the standard programs of our known operating systems like WIndows, Linux, Mac... However at the end I still decided to buy it and to my surprise I was very pleased with it. The keyboard does make some weird sounds when you use it for writing a lot of text, but this alone isn't enough to suppress all it's good points (mainly the great price) http://computerchecker.blogspot.com/2014/11/acer-chromebook-c720.html http://www.ligo.co.uk/charge-my-phone/ Re: Acer C720 Chromebook - Openelec? - nickr - 2014-11-21 OP when you move the server you should leave the pvr in there. |
